Creative services in Virginia’s scenic and historic Shenandoah Valley

Shenandoah Valley Productions recently completed a six-minute documentary promoting an award-winning project that saved an old school building in Toms Brook Virginia.

The historic property had deteriorated nearly to the point of beyond hope. It reopened on January 13, 2013 to provide low-income housing. The success is the result of a community partnership between People, Inc., the Town of Toms Brook, Va., the Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission and others.
